Terms & Condition
For now, I only accept commissions from locals only. Within any circumstances, do not ask me to pay in IDR if you are from overseas.
All the price listed are for personal use only. DO NOT use the commissioned work to make profits in any shape or form.
For commercial use, please multiply the base price by 3×.
Referring to the point above, please note: I am currently not accepting commissions intended for merchandise or for projects involving unlimited reprints for sale. These uses are not permitted under my current commission terms.
Please DO NOT use my artworks to any AI-related service. It's also forbidden to use it to any blockchain-related technology such as Non-Fungible Token (NFT), cryptocurrency, etc.
Not accepting any commission if there's request to "copy" someone's artstyle.
Minimum 30% payment before I start sketching and pay the rest after sketch being approved. Payment via BCA/Shopeepay (for locals).
No refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission.
Major revisions can only be made during sketching. Max amount of minor revision is 3 times for lineart and base color.
Commission takes ±1-5 weeks to be done, usually do 1 slot/week. Progress can be faster or longer depends on queue, difficulty, and my rl schedule. I will immediately info if I need more time to finish. Please do not rush me to finish it quickly. I want to give my best in the piece.
I have the rights to decline your order or charge extra fees based on the complexity of your order.
Please discuss the desired theme or references first; don’t leave the theme up to me when working on your commission.
For character commission, please provide clear visual references and details about your character (such as facial features detail, body type, height gap, etc). Pose preferences and expression also required (so i will not draw them too out of character).
I will post your commission as my portfolio once I'm done. Please tell me if you do not want me to post it until certain time. But if you strictly not allowing me to post it (private commission), will be charged additional 50% of total price.
Do not claim my artwork as yours. Client is required to give credit (@serenitthea) when uploading the commissioned work.
Extra note for OCxCanon : Not accepting Alkaid/Luchen/Prefect Luminary x OC. (Alkaid x MC/LittlePainter OK)
